Pringled Chicken Strips

You’re probably wondering, what the heck is pringled chicken strips?… No panic, it is just chicken fillet layered with pringle chips batter!! Yes that is right, using pringles to coat your chicken strips and getting that crispy full of flavour chicken bite!

You will need of course your favourite pringles flavour – we choose cheese (cause if that is not the best flavour..what is?).

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pringles
  • 250g of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Paprika, salt & Pepper, 5 cloves of garlic, spring onion
  • Chicken fillet
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Mayonnaise

Take your cream cheese and place it in a large or medium sized bowl. Add 5 crushed cloves of garlic, paprika, salt & pepper to the cream cheese. Chop up the spring onions and add it to the mix.

Remove your pringles from its container and place it in a zip loc bag. Use a rolling pin..or anything other utensil to mash the chips into tiny crumbly bits. Pour out the mashed bits in a separate bowl and mix with the shrimp panko.

Slice your chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt, pepper & paprika.

Beat 2 eggs, add a dash of mayonnaise and paprika in a small bowl and whisk together. Mix in the flour.
